There is a refrigerator on the porch along with an honor system cash pot for your convenience-this way if I am working in another area you can have fresh eggs with out waiting!

We've added a freezer to the porch and filled it with delicious pork sausage, chicken, ground goat.

This year we have New Holland Turkeys and Spanish Black Turkeys, both are heritage turkeys, listed with the Livestock Conservancy. A quick note, most white turkeys are bought and raised from July until Thanksgiving, heritage breeds are slow growing, poulets need to be growing by February to be ready for the Thanksgiving feast.
